Olympic weightlifting is an athletic discipline which includes an athlete attempting to lift a maximum weight of one rep. The two main lifts in weightlifting you will learn are called the "Snatch” and the "Clean and Jerk.”

With weightlifting you will improve performance, build strength and increase power.

As you progress through our gym standards, you can switch to an olympic weightlifting programme. With your structured programme including warmup drills, training, stretching: you will learn how to perform lifts efficiently in the best order to unleash your potential.
